Shipping Policy

• All orders will be processed within 5-10 business days. We prepare each item carefully to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction.
• We offer shipping services through Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• Delivery times are as followed: Royal Mail 2-5 business days for domestic orders.
• £4.99 for UK Next Day Delivery.
• Orders must be placed before 3pm for UK Next Day Delivery.
• UK Free Delivery on orders when you spend over £50.
• £1.99 for UK Standard Delivery.
• International Standard Delivery on orders are free when you spend over £65.
• International Express Delivery on orders are $6.52.

 

Taxes and Duties 

Please note that all taxes, duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees required by their local custom authorities upon receiving the shipment.

International orders: For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom local customs offices may charge import duties, taxes and fees which are not included in our price or shipping cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any such fee.
